**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns or complaints
- Oversee reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Willingness to step into different roles when needed
- Train new staff members on service standards and procedures
- Setup and oversee banquet and member events
- Bulding communication between FOH and BOH team members
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a restaurant or country club manager
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations
- Experience in kitchen management is a plus
- Approachable, friendly, and able to motive others
